The TummyTub is CPSIA Compliant!

TummyTub USA announces CPSIA Compliance
The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) calls for the stringent testing of Lead Content and Phthalates in all Toy/Children’s Products, and is designed to better regulate the safety of products made and imported for sale in the U.S.
We are pleased to announce that all products in the TummyTub® line (including all four colors of TummyTubs and all three colors of the Two-Step Stool) have been tested and passed all of the requirements of the CPSIA without issue. We sincerely hope that this information gives retailers and consumers confidence in the safety of our products.
Safety has always been the top priority in the creation and design of the Original TummyTub. With worldwide use by millions of babies since 1996, the TummyTub has been tested against global safety standards, and is ASTM (USA), TUV (Germany) and BSI (England) approved. The TummyTub is also permitted to carry the GS seal (Proven Safety). TummyTub USA is proud to offer American parents a safe and comfortable alternative to the standard baby bath tub.
