We designed our shipping options to be simple and affordable. We currently offer UPS and USPS shipping as our preferred carriers, and restrict delivery to the United States and Canada. Let us know if additional shipping options are important to you, and we'll add services as demand warrants. Occasionally, multiple items may ship in separate packages. Large or oversized items (such as TummyTub products), may incur a shipping surcharge.

Shipping Timetable
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to ship as quickly as possible. In stock orders ship within 0-3 days of order placement. It may not always be possible to make a change to your order because we may begin processing your order shortly after you place it. If you made a mistake, please call us (941-747-2909), and we will do our best to make changes if possible. Orders typically take 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on item and shipping method. You will receive an email when your package ships and you can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account. Please note that some items ship directly from the manufacturer in a separate package. If ordering for a gift, please be aware the recipient may receive their order in multiple packages.
International Shipments
We gladly ship orders anywhere in the U.S. (including APO/FPO military addresses) and Canada. At this time we do not offer shipments to other countries. Please be aware that If you live outside the continental U.S, your order will incur additional shipping charges. Please checkout and pay as usual, and then you will receive an additional shipping invoice via email. Orders will not be shipped until this invoice is paid. Please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order, if you would like to know the cost in advance.
Expedited Shipping Options
If you should need to rush an item please contact us by calling 941-747-2909 and we will look into special shipping arrangements for you. Please keep in mind that we need time to pack and process your order before it can be shipped. Orders placed after 12 noon EST time M-F may not make our shipping deadline for the day even if a rush shipping option is chosen. In this case, your order will ship out the next business day. Rush orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until Monday. Overnight and second day shipping options are subject to UPS pickup cycles and business day limitations. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday evening and specify second day shipping, it will not arrive at its destination until the following Monday. In this example, the next available UPS departure is on Thursday evening, and the second day falls on a weekend. The following Monday is the second day in UPS service terms.
