When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, except holidays. Please allow up to 3 days to process your order (although it usually is done right away), and a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. Depending on your location, delivery times range from 2-10 business days. APO and Canadian addresses can take up to 4 weeks. If you want something faster, you will have expedited shipping options upon checkout. If you need something by a specific date, please email or call before placing your order, and we will do what we can to accommodate you. If you want to check the status of your order, please login to your account for updated information. Please note that some items ship directly from the manufacturer. This necessitates multiple mailings. Please be aware of this possibility when ordering for a gift.
How much does shipping cost?

What method of shipping do you use?
Orders weighing less than one pound are sent via USPS first class mail, which typically takes 3-9 business days based upon location. Orders over one pound are sent either Parcel Post via USPS or UPS ground at our discretion, and can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive.
Will you ship to an address other than my own?
Yes! Just specify the name and address of the person you want the order shipped to during the checkout process.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer international shipping to Canada only at this time. If you live in Canada and wish to order, please proceed through checkout as normal. When we get your order we will weigh it and determine what the shipping price will be. At that point we will send you an invoice for any additional shipping charges that are above and beyond the US shipping charge that you already paid. If you wish to cancel your order once you find out the total of the extra shipping charge, that is not a problem. If you would like to find out in advance, please email us for a quote.
What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What other types of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, personal checks (although these have to clear before order is shipped), and money orders/cashiers checks.

Create an account, and then add items to your cart as if you were ordering. When you go to view your shopping cart, there will be a check mark next to each item that allows you to transfer items to the registry. This option is automatically available once your account is created.
How do your gift certificates work?
When ordering a gift certificate, you specify the email address that you want the gift certificate voucher code sent to.. If you would rather have the gift certificate mailed to you or your recipient, simply specify this in the "special requests" area during check out being sure to use your recipient’s address as the shipping address. The gift certificate is marked with a special code that can be entered in during checkout in the voucher area which will automatically deduct the gift certificate amount from the total.
Do you offer price matching?
We currently have the lowest prices in the U.S. on TummyTub products. If you find out otherwise, please let us know and we will see what we can do!
What kind of gift services do you offer?
We can attach a complimentary gift card to the order if requested upon checkout. Please let us know the details (shower gift, congratulations, etc) and we will be happy to accommodate you.
